A guide to making paus

--- an easy 4 step process to making paus !!

Pau - or steamed buns is one of the many tasty delicacies in Asia.

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Rising time for the dough: 2 hours
Cooking time: Under 15 minutes
Difficulty: Easy

This recipe has a long history going back to between 221 and 234 B.C. when Juger Liang, a man renowned for his great wisdom, was prime minister of the Shu kingdom, now Szechuan province. For more info, continue here.
