Having FUN in SingLand :P

right now, i am in singapore. yesterday, was one of the funnest time of the year i ever had --- in Sentosa island. :P thanks - thanks - thanks - doing pushups in sea, and the rolling around in the sand, running around ala Amazing Race style, it was fun. and tiring. and good. and . met many new friends, nice friends. ==!

Local KUEH

i've recently procured a bilingual book on local kueh -- local being Asian - would be really wonderful to try out the recipes inside. The pictures inside the book sure are inviting.

Super Duper $8 special meal ---- not available in Chch as far as I know. ---- compare to my phone for size. REally YUMMMY!  

Combination noodle soup -- in Dunedin New Khmer Noodle house, i think --------- wif a sprinkle of chilli on top! Yummy! 

Seafood porridge - supper at Asha Restaurant.... -- on the top is "yao cha quai" 

in cantonese, it's "sai ke ma" -----deep fried and stuck together using some special honey material. - mobile fone for comparison! 

Not too sure what's the name for this -- more like a meat biscuit type? anyone? it's char siew filling in the middle. 

Laksa -------- very medium taste!

Most of the food displayed here are not that complicated to make. Just takes a bit of enthusiasm, effort and good chemistry! You too can do it!
